Relais Osteria dell’Orcia has 16 bedrooms, all decorated differently one form another. Our guest can enjoy our large and green garden colored by many flowers in all season as well as our bar service available for afternoon snacks and drinks, aperitif and nightcaps.

In our restaurant, La Vecchia Posta, enjoy specialities from Tuscany from our menu ‘à la carte’, delicacies from our kitchen handcraft by chef Eliana.
When it come to cooking food, each Italian region has its own tradition. Our menu of the day is an open window on some of the traditions from other parts of Italy, in particular Tuscany.
Every day we handmade fresh pasta dough with local wheat from the Val d’Orcia – UNESCO site – as well as desserts.
In your plates our chef present you with vegetables and fruits from our garden.
Every day, we propose Olive Oil tasting as part of our starters. As wines do, olive oil have many different tastes and fragrances depending of the terroir they come from… A must try of any Italian holiday!

We offer our guests the exclusive use of our large and green garden to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks at any time of the day, aperitifs and after dinner at our restaurant and bar.

Romantic ideas and activities

Upon arrival we will give you assistance for itineraries and local visits to the beautiful Sienese countryside.
Many outdoor activities including visits to wineries in the different wine regions of the area, dairies of Sienese traditions and oil mills of the requested Tuscan oils.
Even at our exclusive Relais it is possible to taste locally produced wines and oils. Our cellar offers many pleasant surprises, to be discovered together with our Sommelier.
